A continuous steel ledger plate measuring one inch by eight inches by two feet minimum spans across a wall panel joint with a three-quarter-inch by eight-inch by one-foot panel joint plate. The continuous ledger is secured with three-quarter-inch diameter by six-inch embed anchor bolts placed in thirteen-sixteenths-inch by two-inch horizontal slotted holes with double nuts tightened finger tight, positioned with four each side of the ledger and placed at the center of the slotted holes. A three-eighths-inch gusset plate is welded to the assembly with quarter-inch fillet welds. The joist manufacturer designs the joist seat to transfer axial loads from the wall to the joist. For joists at or adjacent columns, two three-quarter-inch diameter A307 erection bolts are provided at the seat through one-inch slotted holes parallel to the joist in the bearing plate, with locations coordinated with the joist manufacturer.
