A concrete grade beam and pile cap bears on concrete piles, tied into an existing concrete wall with epoxy-set dowels. Number six reinforcing bars by six feet zero inches long are set in epoxy into the existing ten-inch concrete wall with a seven and a half inch embedment, spaced at thirty inches on center each way. The assembly ties into the existing concrete floor slab and grade beam as specified per plan, situated below the top of grade or finish floor.
