Cold-formed steel wall studs seat into a wall bottom track that is anchored to a concrete slab on grade, a concrete over steel deck, or a concrete foundation wall. Number 10 screws fasten each flange of the track to each stud. A minimum edge distance of two and one-quarter inches is maintained from the anchor to the edge of the concrete. A jamb base connection clip provides additional stabilization at designated framing locations.
