A handrail is mounted to a continuous three-eighths-inch bent plate secured at the slab edge. Two continuous number three additional bars are placed at the top and bottom of the headed stud anchor. Three-quarter-inch diameter headed stud anchors are spaced at twelve inches on center into the concrete slab. The entire edge assembly bears on a supporting structural steel beam.
