A bent plate pourstop is anchored to the concrete slab edge and supported by a wide flange steel beam with a minimum two inch bearing clearance. Nelson deformed bar anchors measuring three-eighths of an inch in diameter by twenty-four and one-eighth inches long are spaced at twelve inches on center unless noted otherwise. A one-eighth inch weld connects the assembly with a three to twelve ratio weld specification. The steel decking direction is coordinated per the architectural and structural plans.
