A concrete grade beam bears on a concrete pile cap supported by a concrete pile. The grade beam top aligns flush with the top of grade or finish floor per plan. The assembly is reinforced with eleven number seven bars at both the top and bottom, enclosed by number five ties spaced at twelve inches on center. A standard three-inch concrete clearance is maintained all around the reinforcement.
