Continuous steel angle ledger connections support metal deck assemblies against a concrete or masonry wall. An embed plate measuring three-eighths by four inches by zero feet eight inches features two three-quarter-inch diameter by five-inch headed stud anchors spaced at six inches gauge. For decks running parallel to the wall, a continuous L3x3x1/4 angle connects between joists with a minimum of two anchors between joist ends. For perpendicular deck bearing conditions, a continuous L5x3x1/4 angle provides support with a minimum of eight anchors per panel.
