A cast-in-place concrete perimeter grade beam is supported on piles and pile caps per the structural schedule. Top and bottom full-length reinforcing steel bars extend across the span, supplemented by spliced bars at the one-third points with Class B tension lap splices. Stirrups are spaced per the schedule with three-inch concrete clearance. Additional face reinforcement consists of one number four bar per face.
