A wood post bears on a concrete slab and grade beam foundation, connected via a Simpson post base anchor with an epoxy anchor and a four-inch embedment. The grade beam is reinforced with two continuous number four rebar at the top and bottom with three inches of clear cover. The concrete slab and footing dimensions are sized per the foundation plan.
