A one-half inch trap primer supply connects to a domestic water line through a one-half inch ball valve housed within a twelve by twelve inch access panel. The trap primer valve regulates water flow into a one-half inch trap primer line that penetrates the concrete floor slab through a sleeve. The primer line connects directly to the floor drain assembly to maintain trap water seals.
