A concrete beam is integrated with a concrete slab where occurs. The assembly includes top reinforcement per schedule, bottom reinforcement per schedule, and shear reinforcement per schedule. Additional skin reinforcement is positioned along the beam sides, and alternate cross ties provide confinement. The concrete slab dimensions and thickness are specified per plan.
