A precast concrete wall panel bears on a continuous concrete footing with two inches of grout and continuous reinforcing bars. A concrete slab connects to the assembly with a pour strip coordinated per the foundation plan. Vertical wall reinforcement consists of number five continuous bars and number four bars at eighteen inches on center each face, with panel reinforcement detailed per panel elevations. Finished grade is coordinated with civil documents adjacent to the wall panel.
