A stud wall terminates below a joist girder, secured with structural framing members and welded connections. Three identical structural elements connect diagonally to the assembly with one-eighth inch fillet welds applied at each end. The structural members interface directly with the top plate of the wall assembly and the bottom chord of the joist girder above.
