A sewer drain riser passes vertically through a finished concrete slab and extends upward inside a wall cavity. A cleanout tee fitting is spliced into the piping using typical no-hub couplings above and below. A cleanout plug seals the tee face, and a round stainless steel access cover plate finishes the wall opening flush with the surface.
