Cold-formed steel stud wall bridging is connected using a clip angle secured with four number eight self-drilling screws. The bridging member passes through the punchout of the vertical stud and fastens directly to the angle flange. This screwed option provides lateral bracing and stability for the metal stud framing assembly.
