Drainage options for a concrete retaining wall foundation include two variations for backfill and drainage media. Option B utilizes a four-inch diameter perforated pipe in Class II permeable material wrapped in Miradrain or an approved equal. Both options require the perforated pipe to be laid with holes down and sloped to drain, with backfill dimensions of one foot zero inches width and depths varying eighteen inches at the exterior and zero inches at the interior.
