Welded wire fabric is installed in flat sheets set one inch below the top of the slab using 6/6-W2.0xW2.0 mesh unless otherwise noted. Wire fabric is lapped tip to tip of wire plus two two-inch ends, with laps positioned at the midspan of the deck slab. Plan and sectional views A-A and B-B illustrate the correct stacking sequence and positioning of the wire layers across panel joints.
