An angle per elevation connects to a three-eighths-inch thick gusset plate, which is welded to a wide flange beam sized per plan. The angle is secured to the gusset plate using two seven-eighths-inch diameter A325 bolts spaced at three inches with one-and-a-half-inch edge distances. A one-quarter-inch fillet weld secures the gusset plate to the underside of the wide flange beam.
