A 1-1/2 inch floor track, sized in width and gauge to match the studs unless otherwise noted, sits atop the concrete slab or curb. The track is secured with 0.145-inch diameter by 1-inch low velocity fasteners spaced at 12 inches on center. Number 10 screws fasten each side at each stud where required. A slab or deck edge condition occurs at the boundary, and a joint plan view details the six-inch spacing configurations.
