A concrete tilt-up wall panel bears on a one-and-a-half-inch layer of non-shrink grout at the foundation footing. An embed angle measuring L5x3-1/2x5/16 by five inches long is anchored with two five-eighth-inch diameter by thirty-two-inch deformed bar anchors and one three-quarter-inch diameter by six-inch headed stud anchor. An attachment angle measuring L4x3x1/4 by four inches long connects to a half-inch by six-inch by one-foot-zero-inch embed plate with two three-quarter-inch diameter by seven-inch headed stud anchors. The deformed bar anchor is attached to the angle with a full fusion weld, and steel plates and angles are coated with a one-eighth-inch minimum bituminous cement after erection.
