A straight turn-down edge for a stainless steel food service countertop. A 1 inch by 4 inch channel bracing is welded to the underside of the stainless steel top. A stainless steel gusset and leg support the assembly, with the channel bracing welded directly to the underside of the table top. The edge turns down 2 inches with a 1 1/2 inch projection and a 3/4 inch hem angled at 30 degrees.
