Two 1-1/2-inch nominal pipe size schedule 40 steel pipes intersect and are secured by a minimum 1/8-inch thick steel pipe intersection clamp, specifically the Light Source Mega-Gridlock black model with a working load limit of 1250 pounds. Four 3/8-inch grade 5 bolts with lock nuts fasten the clamp assembly together.
