A stainless steel top transitions into a raised rolled edge profile measuring 3 inches in height with a 1-1/2-inch top radius. A 1-inch by 4-inch hat channel bracing is welded to the underside of the tabletop for structural support. A stainless steel gusset connects the tabletop assembly to the stainless steel leg below. Fabrication complies with NSF standards.
