A 5,000 lbs tieback anchor assembly consists of a forged eye with a two-inch minimum diameter opening mounted on a hollow structural section member. The hollow structural section is welded to a base plate with a continuous weld. The tieback anchor base attachment is determined by others, and baseplate dimensions must be verified by the contractor in the field. The entire assembly is hot dip galvanized, with a typical height of one foot determined by the flashing and a minimum clearance of six inches from any obstruction.
