An outer pipe sleeve connects to a wall-mounted flange using three-eighths-inch by two-and-a-half-inch Grade 5 bolts. Two bolts secure each sleeve through slotted holes measuring zero feet zero-and-three-eighths-inches by zero feet one-and-one-half-inches in the outer pipe. The assembly is rated for a maximum gravity load of three hundred pounds per wall flange.
