A two-way cleanout assembly connects to underground sewer piping via a central wye fitting and dual one-eighth bends. Each cleanout branch terminates at finished grade with a cleanout ferrule and an approved plug. A precast concrete box with a cast iron frame and cover protects each cleanout at the surface. Sewer pipe material conforms to project specifications.
