An adjustable strainer head is installed flush with the top of the finished concrete floor. A cast-in-place sump receiver anchors the drain body within the slab assembly, while voids around the housing are filled. A coupling connects the drain outlet to the P-trap piping below, with clearance maintained from the surrounding concrete.
