This plumbing detail shows a hub drain assembly receiving a sprinkler drain pipe with a one-inch air gap. The drain connects to a P-trap and a sanitary waste line equipped with a wall cleanout and a two-inch vent extending upward. A half-inch cold water supply line feeds a trap primer via a shut-off valve, vacuum breaker ports, and a union fitting. The entire assembly must be provided with a trap, trap primer, and vent, then connected to the sewer.
