A pipe penetrates through a steel deck and membrane roofing assembly supported by a one and one-half inch by one and one-half inch by one-quarter inch steel angle welded to a pipe clamp. Rigid insulation rests above the steel deck beneath the membrane roofing. A twenty gauge galvanized flashing collar surrounds the insulated pipe, while a twenty gauge galvanized flashing cone is secured at the top by a draw band. Joints are sealed watertight according to the membrane manufacturer recommendations.
