A floor cleanout assembly penetrates a concrete floor slab and connects to a below-grade sanitary drainage line via a wye fitting and an one-eighth bend or plug. The cleanout features a nickel bronze scoriated top set flush with the finished floor surface. The vertical riser extends a maximum of four inches from the connection to the floor level. Flexible couplings connect the drainage piping components together.
