An adjustable floor drain head is set flush with the finished concrete floor, which slopes toward the drain. A safe pan is flashed into the clamping collar per specifications to prevent leakage. The drain body connects to a deep seal trap using a caulked outlet type connection. A trap primer is included where called out on drawings, with the fitting capped if not required. The waste piping runs tight to the structural slab.
