A wall cleanout assembly connects to a vertical pipe as indicated on the plans. A cleanout tee extends a short pipe section outward flush to the finished wall surface, fitted with a taper thread bronze plug. A stainless steel access cover plate fastens over the opening using a three-and-a-half-inch long stainless steel countersunk anchor screw. Cover plate sizes vary based on the pipe size, ranging from six inches for a two-inch pipe up to ten inches for a six-inch pipe.
