This underground grease interceptor assembly features a multi-compartment concrete tank set on a concrete base slab with an overall length of 10 feet 8 inches and a liquid depth of 5 feet. Wastewater enters through an inlet pipe with a variable invert, feeding into the primary settling chamber equipped with internal vertical dip pipes and sanitary tees. The separation chambers route effluent through a flow-control outlet fitting to the exterior drainage network. Access covers sit flush at finished grade, supported by adjustable collar sections varying by 4 feet 4 inches.
