A structural column base plate designated BP-2 connects to a steel column using five-sixteenth inch fillet welds. Sixteen AB-2 anchor bolts secure the base plate in a rectangular pattern configured around the column profile. A gusset plate supplied per CoreBrace is integrated for buckling-restrained bracing attachment. Base plate and anchor bolt dimensions remain subject to change based on final brace reactions provided by the BRB designer.
