The secondary storm drain pipe is routed through the ceiling space and turns downward to penetrate the exterior wall. The pipe is secured to the wall structure using two pipe anchors. The assembly terminates at a Zurn ZANB199-SS downspout nozzle mounted flush with the exterior wall face. A splash block is positioned on the grade below the discharge point. An emergency storm water overflow plaque is installed on the exterior wall forty-eight inches above grade to alert personnel if water is flowing from the opening.
