An instant-flow water heater connects to the plumbing assembly via compression fittings and stainless steel braided water flexible lines. A condensate outlet from the fan coil unit runs through a seven-eighths inch inner diameter dishwasher drain hose secured with hose clamps. The drainage system incorporates a wye branch tailpiece. A three-way angle valve supplies water alongside an inline flow control valve. Electrical power is supplied through a junction box.
