A PVC drain, waste, and vent pipe runs vertically through a wall assembly, fitted with a plugged tee positioned nine inches above the floor line. A chrome wall cover and screw conceal the cleanout plug flush with the finished wall surface. The pipe may extend upward to serve as either a waste or vent line.
