Incoming cold water from the supply main below the floor rises past a main building shut-off valve and a strainer with a blow-down valve. A backflow preventer and a pressure reducing valve set to discharge at sixty psig regulate the flow. A pressure gauge measuring zero to one hundred fifty psig monitors the cold water entering the building. Station piping is supported from the wall with a maximum thirty-six inch horizontal dimension and twenty-four inch vertical clearance above the floor line.
