An underground grease interceptor is installed below grade with multiple twenty-four-inch H-20 rated manhole access covers extended to meet surface grade per manufacturer recommendations. Four-inch sanitary sewer and grease waste piping connect to the unit alongside a two-inch vent and yard cleanouts.
