Three-inch cold water piping runs below grade and rises into the building interior adjacent to the exterior wall. A shutoff valve and a pressure reducing valve set to 80 PSI maximum control the line before it feeds a hose bibb equipped with a non-removable vacuum breaker at approximately 28 inches above the finished floor. Three-inch cold water piping also continues vertically within the exterior wall assembly. Footing locations and dimensions must be coordinated with structural drawings.
