A floor sink installation is set flush with the surrounding finished floor. The floor sink grate top includes a maximum one-half inch opening in all directions. An indirect waste pipe discharges above the sink maintaining a one-inch minimum air gap. The sink body incorporates an anchoring flange with weepholes and is sealed with a caulk joint at the floor interface. Below the sink, a cold water supply connects to the trap via a half-inch connection, and a no-hub connection ties into the waste pipe.
