A vertical drainage pipe connects to a cleanout tee fitting located within the wall cavity. The pipe extends outward to meet the finished wall surface, terminating in a taper-threaded bronze cleanout plug. A cover plate with a securing screw finishes the assembly flush against the wall surface. For storm drain downspouts, a stainless steel cover plate is provided on the exterior face of the wall.
