A roof hydrant assembly penetrating a roof opening supported by structural framing below. The riser extends twenty-four inches above the roof level and is wrapped with one-and-a-half-inch insulation with a metal jacket covering. A clamping collar flashing and watertight seal secure the penetration at the roof surface. The riser extends down through the roof opening, secured to the structure with a clamp, connecting to a foot control valve and a three-quarter-inch supply line.
