An adjustable floor drain integrates with a waterproofing flashing clamped securely to the drain body and extending twelve inches around the full perimeter. A weep hole is provided above the clamping collar to drain any moisture trapped within the floor assembly. The waste pipe connects below, sized per plumbing plans. The finished floor aligns flush with the adjustable strainer.
