A heavy-duty cleanout box and cover sit flush with finished grade atop a cleanout plug. A factory-coated cast iron body remains independent of the cleanout box housing. The assembly ties into the below-grade piping through a Y-fitting or a combination Y and one-eighth bend. Non-concrete landscaped locations require a twenty-four by twenty-four inch concrete pad for box protection.
