A three-quarter-inch cold water pipe drops tight to the wall to supply a hose bibb mounted at twenty-four inches above finished floor. An inline ball valve controls the water supply, and a water hammer arrestor is installed on the branch to absorb pressure shock. The hose bibb is positioned directly against the wall surface.
