Type L hard copper piping connects to the cold water tenant connection and runs to the domestic water system with inline shutoff valves and unions. A domestic water submeter with a transducer integrates into the piping line. A transformer provides twenty-four-volt power wiring to the water meter, while wire in conduit connects to a remote totalizer indicator.
