A clean-out plug seals a no-hub clean-out body connected to cast-iron no-hub piping that extends upward to finished grade. An eighth bend and additional piping make grade, connecting below to a wye or another eighth bend at the end of the line. A minimum sixteen-inch by sixteen-inch concrete pad or asphalt topping surrounds the access point at the surface. Field verify type and requirements for special access housings and tops.
