A cast iron cleanout tee is installed in a waste line within the wall cavity, extending to a cleanout plug. A polished stainless steel access cover is secured to the assembly using a countersunk screw, finishing flush with the wall construction. The waste line continues vertically, with the length adjusted to suit field conditions, and connects via an eighth-inch bend at the end of the line cleanout.
