A Leonard thermostatic mixing valve is connected to hot and cold water supply lines utilizing threaded unions and shut-off valves. The assembly includes a dial temperature gauge mounted on the outlet piping to monitor mixed water delivery temperatures. Copper piping configurations route the flow through the mixing valve and associated check valves to maintain steady water temperatures. The unit is constructed to ASSE 1017 standards for water temperature control applications.
